Jason’s philosophy is: “You can read about it, watch it being done on TV and hear about it at seminars and from your peers; however, nothing compares to a personal, on site visit for a thorough analysis of the exact challenges YOU face on YOUR property.  Those challenges include your specific limiting factors, herd conditions, habitat conditions and diversity, food plot successes/failures, timber quality for wildlife, habitat management practices, property layout, stand placement, equipment needs, and land ownership patterns (neighbors).”

By default, Drop-Tine Wildlife Consulting has stepped up to the demand of managing white-tailed deer in the North Country.  With quality deer management philosophies sweeping across the northeastern U.S. and a lack of qualified and trained private deer management professionals, Jason’s services have been in high demand in that particular region of the country.  Much of this is related to the fact that Jason grew up in eastern Pennsylvania where he was involved in the deep rooted Pennsylvania deer hunting tradition.  Don’t be fooled, however, as Jason’s formal education comes from one of the most respected wildlife programs in the country: Mississippi State University.  Jason’s experiences in the southeast and his love of the South Texas brush country more than qualify him to work in any part of the whitetail’s range.
